Simon van Steenbergen (1956) has more than twenty years of experience in company law, both in advisory and procedural practice. Its expertise includes company law, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and (international) trade. In addition, he has extensive experience in managing organizations.
Simon is a judge-alternate at the University of Nyenrode, Professor of Business Law, Amsterdam Nyenrode Law School and lecturer at the NIVRA and the Fenedex.
Simon publishes in several legal journals and co-authors a number of legal expenses in the field of Company Law. He also gives regular lectures.
Simon van Steenbergen (1956) heeft meer dan twintig jaar ervaring in het Ondernemingsrecht, zowel in de advies- als de procespraktijk. Zijn expertise omvat vennootschapsrecht, fusies & overnames, joint ventures en (internationale) handel. Daarnaast heeft hij ruime ervaring in het besturen van organisaties.
Simon is rechter-plaatsvervanger in ’s-Hertogenbosch, universitair hoofddocent ondernemingsrecht Universiteit Nyenrode, docent Amsterdam Nyenrode Law School en tevens docent bij het NIVRA en de Fenedex.
Simon publiceert in diverse juridische tijdschriften en is co-auteur van een aantal juridische uitgaven op het gebied van Ondernemingsrecht. Ook geeft hij regelmatig lezingen.
