Barbara Hagemann is a lawyer. It advises and litigates on all aspects of labour law and has extensive knowledge and experience in many business sectors. Barbara represents both national and international clients in individual and collective labour law cases, among others on dismissal of (statutary) directors, transfer of company, reorganisations, works council consultation procedures, bonus and (workers) share plans and adaptation of working conditions.Barbara completed the specialisation training PALA (Post Academic Training Labour Law) and is a member of specialization associations VAAN (Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Lawyeren Nederland), VvA (Vereniging voor Arbeidsrecht), EELLA (European Employment Lawyers Association) and the association Corporate Litigation.Barbara previously worked for De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek in Amsterdam and switched to Buren van Velzen Guelen at the end of 2011.
