Willem P. Bongaerts (1975), lawyer - tax advisor, works in international tax practice. He advises, among other things, European and American multinationals on cross-border transactions, reorganisations and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises clients in setting up European investment and private equity funds, real estate investment funds, financing and holding structures. He has worked in the offices of Amsterdam, Luxembourg and New York since 1999 and has worked at the office in Eindhoven since July 2008.
Willem is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Dutch Order of Tax Advisors and the Dutch Order of Lawyers. He regularly gives lectures on international tax aspects.

Tevens adviseert hij cliënten bij het opzetten van Europese investerings- en private equity fondsen, vastgoedinvesteringsfondsen, financiering en holdingstructuren. Hij heeft vanaf 1999 in de kantoren van Amsterdam, Luxemburg en New York gewerkt en is sinds juli 2008 werkzaam op het kantoor in Eindhoven.
Willem is lid van de International Bar Association (IBA), de International Fiscal Association (IFA), de New York State Bar Association, de American Bar Association, de Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs en de Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten. Hij geeft regelmatig lezingen over internationale belastingaspecten.
