Henriëtte (1967) graduated in 1993 in Leiden. She started with Kneppelhout & Korthals Lawyers in Rotterdam and switched to Ploum Lodder Princen in 2000. In the same year, Henriëtte also completed the Postacademische Lecturer's Bachelor's degree in Labour Law. Since 2005 she has been a partner in our office and since 2007 she has been a member of the Rotterdam Supervisory Board. In 2010 Henriëtte completed the Postacademische Lecture Pension Law at the Vrije Universiteit (VU) with shine. Henriëtte has thus won the title Certified Pension Laywer (CPL).
Henriëtte advises and litigates in the field of labour law and pension law. It focuses on individual and collective dismissal law, reorganisations (including WMCO, social plan and the SER Merger Behavioural Rules), employment contracts, collective agreements, contract contracts, the appointment and dismissal of statutory directors, disciplinary measures, sickness of employees, participation law and pension law. Henriëtte works for both large (listed) companies, as well as medium and small companies. To a lesser extent, she works for private individuals.

In datzelfde jaar rondde Henriëtte ook de Postacademische Leergang Arbeidsrecht af. Sinds 2005 is zij partner bij ons kantoor en sinds 2007 is zij lid van de Rotterdamse Raad van Toezicht. Henriëtte heeft in 2010 de Postacademische Leergang Pensioenrecht aan de Vrije Universiteit (VU) met glans afgerond. Henriëtte heeft hiermee de titel Certified Pension Laywer (CPL) behaald.
Henriëtte adviseert en procedeert op het gebied van het arbeidsrecht en pensioenrecht. Zij richt zich daarbinnen op individueel en collectief ontslagrecht, reorganisaties (inclusief WMCO, sociaal plan en de SER Fusie Gedragsregels), arbeidsovereenkomsten, CAO-kwesties, overeenkomsten van opdracht, de aanstelling en ontslag van statutair bestuurders, disciplinaire maatregelen, ziekte van werknemers, medezeggenschapsrecht en pensioenrecht. Henriëtte werkt voor zowel grote (beursgenoteerde) ondernemingen, als middelgrote en kleine bedrijven. In mindere mate werkt zij voor particulieren.
