Wim Maas is active on all aspects of intellectual property law, such as patent law, trademark law, model law and copyright. The emphasis of his practice is on litigation in patent cases. He is active in various technical fields, such as mechanical engineering, biotech, pharmaceutical and electronics. In addition to his trial practice, Wim advises on national and international patent strategies and supports clients in exploiting their IE portfolios. Wim completed his studies in law cum laude in 2003. After that, he worked as a lawyer at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek and Howrey. Wim published a number of articles, including in the Bijblad bij de Industriële Koninklijke over de minimis in patent law and the unregistered community model.
Wim Maas is actief op alle onderdelen van het intellectuele eigendomsrecht, zoals het octrooirecht, het merkenrecht, het modelrecht en het auteursrecht. De nadruk van zijn praktijk ligt op het procederen in octrooizaken. Hij is actief op verschillende technische terreinen, zoals werktuigbouw, biotech, farma en elektronica.
