Daphne van Unen is a criminal attorney and focuses on fraud cases, environmental criminal law and economic offences. She advises both international and Dutch companies as well as government bodies.
Daphne studied at Leiden University, where she obtained her Master's degree in Public International Law in 2009. She also obtained her Master's degree in Criminal Law at the University of Amsterdam in 2010. She also studied at the University of Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) in Paris.
Daphne has worked at NautaDutilh since 2010 and has been admitted to the Order of Lawyers of Rotterdam.
Daphne van Unen is strafrechtadvocaat en richt zich met name op fraudezaken, milieustrafrecht en economische delicten. Zij adviseert zowel internationale als Nederlandse ondernemingen alsmede overheidslichamen.
Daphne heeft gestudeerd aan de Universiteit Leiden, waar zij in 2009 haar master Public International Law behaalde. Ook heeft zij in 2010 aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam haar master Strafrecht behaald. Daarnaast heeft zij gestudeerd aan l'Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) in Parijs.
Daphne is sinds 2010 werkzaam bij NautaDutilh en is toegelaten tot de Orde van Advocaten van Rotterdam.
