Walter Schellekens specialises in banking and securities law, corporate finance and capital market operations. He has broad experience as an advisor to the accompanying banks in the field of stock exchange introductions, bond loans and syndicated loans.
Walter worked in financial transactions as advisor to Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank, ABN AMRO Bank, Fortis Bank and other investment banks. Walter graduated from Leiden University in 1986. He joined NautaDutilh in 1987 and has been a partner since 1996.
Walter is a member of the Association Insolvency Law Lawyers INSOLAD, and of the Association for Securities Law.
