Marijn's (1968) practice is concentrated in the fields of international trade, transport and the (food) industry. He advises and litigates on liability issues and contract disputes for international commodity traders, producers/suppliers and logistics service providers. Marijn also deals with European and national (product) legislation, laundry legislation and, more particularly, food law. Marijn joined Kneppelhout & Korthals in 2007. Marijn houdt zich daarnaast bezig met zaken over Europese en nationale (product)regelgeving, warenwetgeving en meer in het bijzonder het levensmiddelenrecht. Marijn sloot zich in 2007 aan bij Kneppelhout & Korthals. Hij was voordien (sinds 2000) werkzaam bij het Rotterdamse kantoor van Simmons & Simmons. Daarvoor werkte hij sinds 1995 als bedrijfsjurist voor de Deense DSV groep. Marijn studeerde rechten in Rotterdam en voltooide de Grotius opleiding vervoerrecht in 1999. Marijn spreekt en doceert regelmatig over onderwerpen op de terreinen van productaansprakelijkheid, vervoer en internationale handel.
