Ines Blomsma graduated from Leiden University in 2008 with a degree in civil law. During her studies, she has been a student assistant in the sections of civil law and civil procedure law, has successfully participated in advocacy contests and has been a board member of the People's Law Dispuut Professor B.M. Counters.
Since her arrival at Pels Rijcken, Ines has specialised in civil cassation practice. Its field of activity as a cassation lawyer includes general property law, civil procedural law and public liability law. Her focus is on personal and family law and labour law.
Ines Blomsma is in 2008 afgestudeerd aan de Universiteit Leiden met als afstudeerrichting civiel recht. Gedurende haar studietijd is zij student-assistent geweest bij de vakgroepen burgerlijk recht en burgerlijk procesrecht, heeft zij succesvol deelgenomen aan pleitwedstrijden en is zij bestuurslid geweest van het Volkenrechtelijk Dispuut Professor B.M. Telders.
Sinds haar komst naar Pels Rijcken heeft Ines zich gespecialiseerd in de civiele cassatiepraktijk. Tot haar werkterrein als cassatieadvocaat behoort het algemene vermogensrecht, het burgerlijk procesrecht en het overheidsaansprakelijkheidsrecht. Haar focus ligt op het personen- en familierecht en het arbeidsrecht.
