Edward de Lange (1970), attorney, is a member of the Technology, Media & Procedure Group. He specializes in the preparation, assessment and negotiation of ICT contracts, the supervision of outsourcing transactions and the advisory and litigation of ICT disputes. He also advises on ICT-related laws and regulations, such as copyright, e-commerce and personal data protection. He has worked at other law firms and an IT advisory office.Edward is co-author of the book "Legal Aspects of Information Services" (Academic Service, 2002), regularly writes articles and gives presentations and lectures on ICT law. He is a member of the Nederlandse Vereniging Informaticarecht Lawyeren (VIRA) and the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Informaticarecht (NVvIR).

Hij is gespecialiseerd in het opstellen, beoordelen en onderhandelen van ICT-contracten, het begeleiden van outsourcingtransacties en het adviseren en procederen over ICT-geschillen. Daarnaast adviseert hij over ICT-gerelateerde wet- en regelgeving, zoals auteursrecht, e-commerce en bescherming van persoonsgegevens. Hij heeft bij andere advocatenkantoren en een IT-advieskantoor gewerkt.Edward is medeauteur van het boek "Juridische Aspecten van de Informatievoorziening" (Academic Service, 2002), schrijft regelmatig artikelen en geeft presentaties en lezingen over ICT-recht. Hij is lid van de Nederlandse Vereniging Informaticarecht Advocaten (VIRA) en de Nederlandse Vereniging voor Informaticarecht (NVvIR).
