Winfried H.A.M. van den Muijsenbergh (1954), attorney, is a member of the company law practice group. He specializes in company law with the emphasis on corporate litigation, (international) arbitrations, the provision of corporate governance advice and the supervision of joint ventures. He has extensive experience in the conduct of proceedings in and outside the Netherlands, including survey procedures at the Entrepreneurship Chamber in Amsterdam, particularly in the areas of takeover, shareholder and joint venture disputes. He worked in Brussels (1982) and Rome (1986).
Winfried is a lecturer at the Continuing Trainee Training (VSO) Company Law for Advanced 'Difference Procedures'. He is visiting professor at the LL.M. Program of Pacific McGeorge School of Law and Chairman of the International Advisory Board of Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, United States and visiting professor at the University of Hainan, China. He is former chairman of the National Resources Committee and former member of the Governing Board of the Union Internationale des Avocats and also member of the International Bar Association and the Associazione Internationale Giuristi di Lingua Italiana. He is vice-president of the Netherlands Sultanate van Oman Foundation and the Stichting Leerstool Sultan Qaboos bin Said Al Said, chairman and co-founder of the Stichting Poets of All Nations and the Stichting Selexys Debut Prize, the Netherlands and board member of various (other) associations and foundations in and outside the Netherlands.
Winfried H.A.M. van den Muijsenbergh (1954), advocaat, is lid van de praktijkgroep Ondernemingsrecht. Hij is gespecialiseerd in vennootschapsrecht met de nadruk op corporate litigation, (internationale) arbitrages, het geven van vennootschapsrechtelijke adviezen op het gebied van corporate governance en het begeleiden van joint ventures. Hij heeft ruime ervaring in het voeren van procedures in en buiten Nederland met inbegrip van enquêteprocedures bij de Ondernemingskamer te Amsterdam, met name op het gebied van overname-, aandeelhouders-, en joint venture geschillen. Hij heeft in Brussel (1982) en Rome (1986) gewerkt.
Winfried is docent aan de Voortgezette Stagiaire Opleiding (VSO) Ondernemingsrecht voor gevorderden 'Geschillenprocedures'. Hij is gasthoogleraar aan het LL.M. Program van de Pacific McGeorge School of Law en voorzitter van de International Advisory Board van de Pacific McGeorge School of Law te Sacramento, Verenigde Staten en gasthoogleraar aan de Universiteit van Hainan, China. Hij is voormalig voorzitter van de National Resources Comittee en voormalig lid van de Governing Board van de Union Internationale des Avocats en tevens lid van de International Bar Association en de Associazione Internationale Giuristi di Lingua Italiana.
