Rob Hendriks (1964) is a lawyer-tax expert and partner. Rob has been working at BANNING since 1995. Before that, he worked as a Legal Counsel and Tax Advisor at Coopers & Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers in Rotterdam) and at Mens & Wisselink Lawyers and Tax Advisors in Utrecht. He is chairman of the corporate law section and focuses on company law, mergers, restructurings, acquisitions, divisions of MBOs, MBIs, venture capital and other transaction and financing practices. He also deals with banking and collateral law and the tax lawyer. Rob has an experience of about 20 years in these fields. He studied Dutch and fiscal law and obtained his PhD on 8 December 1994 on the dissertation: "The foundation in group; some private and tax-law considerations." He also attended the specialization course .Finance and Security at the Grotius Academy. Rob is still scientifically active through the fulfillment of guest lecturers and editorships, the teaching of lectures/PAO education and the provision of publications.Activities:

Rob Hendriks (1964) is advocaat-belastingkundige en partner. Rob is sinds 1995 werkzaam bij BANNING. Daarvoor was hij als Legal Counsel en belastingadviseur werkzaam bij Coopers & Lybrand (thans Price Waterhouse Coopers te Rotterdam) en werkzaam bij van Mens & Wisselink Advocaten en Belastingadviseurs te Utrecht. Hij is voorzitter van de overkoepelende sectie ondernemingsrecht en houdt zich met name bezig met vennootschapsrecht, fusies, herstructureringen, overnames, splitsingen MBO's, MBI's, venture capital en de overige transactie- en financieringspraktijk. Tevens houdt hij zich bezig met bank- en zekerhedenrecht en de fiscale advocatuur. Rob heeft op voornoemde praktijkgebieden een ervaring van circa 20 jaar. Hij studeerde Nederlands en fiscaal recht en promoveerde op 8 december 1994 op het proefschrift: "De stichting in concernverband; enige privaatrechtelijke en fiscaalrechtelijke beschouwingen". Ook volgde hij de specialisatieopleiding “Financiering en Zekerheden” aan de Grotius Academie. Rob is nog steeds wetenschappelijk actief door middel van het vervullen van gastdocent- en redacteurschappen, het geven van lezingen/PAO-onderwijs en het verzorgen van publicaties.Activiteiten:
