In 2008, Roel completed his law degree at Radboud University in Nijmegen cum laude. His graduation thesis was of a securities-based nature and dealt with the effectiveness of the emergency scheme under the Financial Supervision Act. After his studies, Roel chose the legal profession and since 2008 Roel has worked at the Scientific Bureau and within BANNING's Real Estate and Project Development Group, mainly dealing with process practice and issues in the field of property law in the broad sense. In this context, Roel advises, among other things, project developers and construction and installation companies.
Roel heeft in 2008 zijn rechtenstudie aan de Radboud Universiteit in Nijmegen cum laude afgerond. Zijn afstudeerscriptie was effectenrechtelijk van aard en handelde over de effectiviteit van de noodregeling onder de Wet op het financieel toezicht. Na zijn studie koos Roel voor de advocatuur en sinds 2008 werkt Roel op het Wetenschappelijk Bureau en binnen de praktijkgroep Vastgoed en Projectontwikkeling van BANNING, waarbij hij zich voornamelijk bezighoudt met de procespraktijk en vraagstukken op het gebied van vastgoedrecht in brede zin. In dat verband adviseert Roel onder meer aan projectontwikkelaars en bouw- en installatiebedrijven.
