Egbert Schelhaas studied law in Leiden. He has worked at Banning since 1993, before which he was a lawyer in the Hague region. Egbert is active in the field of the civil part of the real estate, general contract law and procedural practice. The civil part of real estate mainly concerns rental rights (including the combination of rental and franchise), purchase/sale of real estate, project development and adoption of work (including with regard to technical installations and machinery). Egbert Schelhaas studeerde rechten in Leiden. Hij werkt sinds 1993 bij Banning, daarvoor was hij advocaat in de regio Den Haag. Egbert is werkzaam op het terrein van het civielrechtelijke gedeelte van het vastgoed, het algemeen verbintenissenrecht en de procespraktijk. Bij het civielrechtelijk gedeelte van vastgoed gaat het hoofdzakelijk om huurrecht (met inbegrip van de combinatie huur en franchise), koop/verkoop van onroerende zaken, projectontwikkeling en aanneming van werk (waaronder met betrekking tot technische installaties en machines). Egbert volgde de Grotius specialisatieopleiding Vastgoed en de specialisatieopleiding Huurrecht. Activiteiten
