Suzan de Lange (1978) specializes in individual and collective dismissal law. It is involved in consulting on individual contracts of employment, reorganisations, employment law aspects in mergers and acquisitions and transfers of undertakings. In addition, it has a practice of bringing proceedings, which focuses on the right of dismissal. It is also concerned with civil service law, both for public employers and for civil servants. Finally, her practice also consists of participation law and is part of the specialization group Participation within the practice group Labour Law of AKD.
Suzan publishes articles on current topics within Labour Law and is editor of the Commission Newsletter Arbeidsrecht, which provides two monthly digital newsletters for relations.
In December 2008, Suzan successfully completed the Postgraduate Course in Labour Law (PALA). Suzan is a member of the Association of Labour Law Lawyers Netherlands.
Suzan is on the board of the Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Lawyeren Breda/ Den Bosch.
Suzan de Lange (1978) is gespecialiseerd in het individueel en collectief Ontslagrecht. Zij houdt zich bezig met advisering op het gebied van individuele arbeidsovereenkomsten, reorganisaties, arbeidsrechtelijke aspecten bij fusies en overnames en overgang van ondernemingen. Daarnaast heeft zij een procespraktijk, die met name ziet op het ontslagrecht. Tevens houdt zij zich bezig met het ambtenarenrecht, zowel voor overheidswerkgevers als voor ambtenaren. Tot slot bestaat haar praktijk ook uit medezeggenschapsrecht en maakt zij deel uit van de specialisatiegroep Medezeggenschap binnen de praktijkgroep Arbeidsrecht van AKD.
Suzan publiceert artikelen over actuele onderwerpen binnen het Arbeidsrecht en is redactielid van de Commissie Nieuwsbrief Arbeidsrecht, die twee maandelijks een digitale nieuwsbrief verzorgt voor relaties.
In december 2008 heeft Suzan de postacademische leergang Arbeidsrecht (PALA) met succes afgerond. Suzan is lid van de Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland.
Suzan zit in het bestuur van de Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Breda/ Den Bosch.
