Irma van Bokhoven has been a lawyer at BANNING since 1992. She studied Dutch Law (directory of private law/economic public & business law) at the University of Utrecht. After her studies, she started to focus on company law within the legal profession. Irma is a specialist in advising and litigating national and international disputes in the field of commercial contract law.
