Tim Segers has studied International and European Law at the University of Tilburg. He then completed the dual course in Administrative Law at the Nijmegen Law School. From 2004 Tim has been working as a lawyer at BANNING within the Vastgoed practice group. His main focus here is on spatial planning law, environmental law and public liability. In 2008, Tim completed the Grotius programme of Spatial Planning and Environmental Law.Tim publishes regularly, both in newspapers (Financial Journal and Brabants Dagblad) and in specialist journals. In addition, he is a permanent member of the journal Rechtsrecht Vastgoedrecht van KluwerActivities

Tim Segers heeft Internationaal en Europees Recht aan de Universteit van Tilburg gestudeerd. Vervolgens heeft hij de duale opleiding Bestuursrecht aan de Nijmegen Law School afgerond. Tim is vanaf 2004 als advocaat werkzaam bij BANNING binnen de praktijkgroep Vastgoed. Hier gaat zijn aandacht vooral uit naar het ruimtelijk ordeningsrecht, milieurecht en overheidsaansprakelijkheid. In 2008 heeft Tim de Grotius opleiding Ruimtelijke ordenings- en Milieurecht met goed gevolg afgerond.Tim publiceert regelmatig, zowel in dagbladen (Financieel Dagblad en Brabants Dagblad) als in de vakinhoudelijke tijdschriften. Daarnaast is hij vaste medewerker van het tijdschrift Rechtspraak Vastgoedrecht van KluwerActiviteiten
