Since 1991, Buby has been a lawyer and partner in the labour law section of our office in Nijmegen.Zorginstituuts, educational institutions, (semi) public authorities and larger companies are advised by Buby in the field of labour law and civil service law. Buby has many years of experience as a curator and administrator, which is useful for restructuring and reorganisations.Buby is a member of the Association of Labour Law Lawyers Netherlands (VAAN), the Association of Labour Law Lawyers Resort Arnhem (VAARA), the Association of Labour Law (VVA) and the Association of Insolvency Law Lawyers (Insolad) and regularly performs as a teacher of the Dirkzwager Academy.In addition to his work at Dirkzwager, Buby is a reserve officer with the Army and in that capacity as an active reserveist attached to the mobile military court. He is also chairman of the Jan van Gelder Foundation, the Bergharen Classic Foundation, board member of the Dutch Goodwood Connection Foundation and member of the Lions club Wijchen.
Buby is sinds 1991 advocaat en werkzaam als vennoot op de sectie arbeidsrecht van ons kantoor in Nijmegen.Zorginstellingen, onderwijsinstellingen, (semi)overheden en grotere ondernemingen worden door Buby geadviseerd op het terrein van het arbeidsrecht en het ambtenarenrecht. Buby heeft jarenlang ervaring opgedaan als curator en bewindvoerder, welke ervaring van pas komt bij herstructureringen en reorganisaties.Buby is lid van de Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland (VAAN), de Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Ressort Arnhem (VAARA), de Vereniging voor Arbeidsrecht (VVA) en de Vereniging Insolventierecht Advocaten (Insolad) en treedt regelmatig op als docent van de Dirkzwager Academy.Naast zijn werkzaamheden bij Dirkzwager is Buby reserve officier bij de Landmacht en in die hoedanigheid als actief reservist verbonden aan de mobiele militaire rechtbank. Daarnaast is hij voorzitter van de Jan van Gelder Stichting, de Stichting Bergharen Classic, bestuurslid van de Stichting Dutch Goodwood Connection en lid van de Lions club Wijchen.
