As of 1 June 2011, Mr. L.C. The Hunter works at Ploum Lodder Princen as a senior attorney at the administrative and criminal justice section. Léon (1974) graduated in Utrecht and started with Deloitte in Rotterdam as a tax advisor. After that he worked for several years at Siekman and Stassen Lawyers and Tax Advisors as a tax lawyer. In those years he specialised as a lawyer in tax law. These are matters relating to fiscal criminal law, recovery law, tax procedures and civil procedures with fiscal aspects. At Ploum Lodder Princen he will focus more on economic criminal law in the broader sense corporate criminal law and fiscal criminal law.
Per 1 juni 2011 is mr. L.C. de Jager werkzaam bij Ploum Lodder Princen als senior advocaat op de sectie bestuurs- en strafrecht. Léon (1974) is afgestudeerd in Utrecht en is begonnen bij Deloitte te Rotterdam als belastingadviseur. Daarna is hij enkele jaren werkzaam geweest bij Siekman en Stassen Advocaten en Belastingadviseurs als advocaat-belastingkundige. Hij heeft zich in die jaren gespecialiseerd als advocaat in het belasting(proces)recht. Dit zijn zaken die liggen op het terrein van het fiscale strafrecht, het invorderingsrecht, fiscale procedures en civiele procedures met fiscale aspecten. Bij Ploum Lodder Princen zal hij zich meer richten op het economisch strafrecht in bredere zin ondernemingsstrafrecht en het fiscale strafrecht.
