Eric Beele graduated cum laude from Erasmus University in Rotterdam in 1987 with state and administrative law as graduation. He is mainly concerned with spatial governance law, project development and land acquisition, PPPs and government property law. His clients are often construction companies and developers, but also municipal authorities, for example.

Eric Beele is in 1987 cum laude afgestudeerd aan de Erasmus Universiteit in Rotterdam met het staats- en bestuursrecht als afstudeerrichting. Hij houdt zich voornamelijk bezig met het ruimtelijk bestuursrecht, projectontwikkeling en grondverwerving, PPS en het overheidsvermogensrecht. Zijn cliënten zijn veelal bouwbedrijven en ontwikkelaars, maar bijvoorbeeld ook gemeentelijke overheden.Activiteiten
