Paul Koeslag studied Dutch Law and Notarial Law at Radboud University Nijmegen and graduated in 2006. He has been part of the real estate section of BANNING since 2007. Paul focuses on both private and public law aspects of real estate law, and focuses on liability issues and arbitrations. Paul has successfully completed the specialization programme Private Construction Law of the Institute for Construction Law and the Grotius Specialization Training in Real Estate.

Paul Koeslag heeft aan de Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen zowel Nederlands Recht als Notarieel Recht gestudeerd en is in 2006 afgestudeerd. Hij maakt sinds 2007 deel uit van de sectie vastgoed van BANNING. Paul richt zich op zowel privaatrechtelijke en publiekrechtelijke aspecten van het vastgoedrecht, en houdt zich met name bezig met aansprakelijkheidskwesties en arbitrages. Paul heeft de specialisatieopleiding Privaatrechtelijk Bouwrecht van het Instituut voor Bouwrecht en de Grotius specialisatieopleiding Onroerend Goed met succes voltooid.Activiteiten:
