Floris Havelaar (1977) joined Van Diepen Van der Kroef Lawyers in 2006, after graduating in Dutch law from the University of Groningen and Real Estate / Real Estate at the Hanseatic School. Floris is working on the Real Estate section.
He specializes in all aspects of real estate law, including apartment law, purchase/sale, rental law, construction law, project development and arbitration law. His practice consists of both an advisory and process practice.
Floris was a member of the board of the De Jonge Balie Association in Amsterdam from 2006 to 2008 (in which he held the chair) and is now a secretary of the board of the Young Real Estate Lawyers Association.
Floris Havelaar (1977) trad in 2006 in dienst bij Van Diepen Van der Kroef Advocaten, nadat hij was afgestudeerd in Nederlands recht aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen en Makelaardij/Onroerend goed aan de Hanzehogeschool. Floris is werkzaam op de sectie Onroerend goed.
Hij is gespecialiseerd in alle facetten van het onroerend goedrecht, waaronder appartementsrecht, koop/verkoop, huurrecht, bouwrecht, projectontwikkeling en arbitragerecht. Zijn praktijk bestaat uit zowel een advies- als procespraktijk.
Floris was van 2006 tot en met 2008 bestuurslid van de Vereniging De Jonge Balie te Amsterdam (waarbinnen hij de functie van voorzitter bekleedde) en is thans secretaris binnen het bestuur van de Vereniging Jonge onroerend Goed Juristen.
