Eva van den Krommenacker (1982) has been working at AKD since October 2007. Eva completed the Dutch Law study at Radboud University Nijmegen, with a degree in Private Law.
Eva is part of the Working Party on Labour Law where she has focused mainly on individual and collective dismissal law. In addition, she is involved in consulting in the fields of employment contracts, collective agreement law, employers' liability, competition and relationship clauses and the employment law aspects relating to reorganisations.
Eva van den Krommenacker (1982) is sinds oktober 2007 werkzaam bij AKD. Eva heeft aan de Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen de studie Nederlands Recht afgerond, met als afstudeerrichting Privaatrecht.
Eva maakt deel uit van de praktijkgroep Arbeidsrecht waar zij zich voornamelijk heeft toegelegd op het individuele en collectieve ontslagrecht. Daarnaast houdt zij zich bezig met advisering op het gebied van arbeidsovereenkomsten, CAO-recht, werkgeversaansprakelijkheid, concurrentie- en relatiebedingen en de arbeidsrechtelijke aspecten rondom reorganisaties.
