Gino van Roeyen graduated from Tilburg University, where he also worked for a number of years as a scientific assistant in the field of private international law and IE. Gino has been working at BANNING since 1999. Here he laid the foundation for the current practice group IE. Advising and litigating national and international disputes in the field of IE are at the heart of Gino's practice. This often includes related issues in corporate law and commercial contract law (licensing, franchiseing, distribution and agency hours). In addition, Gino is an expert on private international law, particularly in the IE field. These are often questions about international jurisdiction of judges, applicable law and cross-border measures. Gino works for many clients with a good reputation including in the field of food and fashion.Activities

Gino van Roeyen studeerde af aan de Universiteit van Tilburg, waar hij ook een aantal jaren werkzaam was als wetenschappelijk medewerker op het gebied van het internationaal privaatrecht en IE. Gino werkt sinds 1999 bij BANNING. Hier legde hij de basis voor de huidige praktijkgroep IE. Adviseren en procederen over nationale en internationale geschillen op IE gebied staan in Gino’s praktijk centraal. Vaak komen hierbij ook gerelateerde issues op het terrein van het ondernemingsrecht en commerciële contractenrecht (licenties, franchising, distributie en agenturen) aan de orde. Daarnaast is Gino een kenner van het internationaal privaatrecht, in het bijzonder ook op IE gebied. Hierbij gaat het vaak om vragen over internationale bevoegdheid van rechters, toepasselijk recht en grensoverschrijdende maatregelen. Gino werkt voor tal van cliënten met een goede reputatie onder meer op het gebied van food en fashion.Activiteiten
