After completing the study of Dutch law (Tilburg) in 1995, Evert-Jan, as a lawyer, focused on corporate law with a special focus on company law, (international) mergers, acquisitions, management buy-in/out, restructurings, joint ventures, participations and other transaction and financing practices.
Na afronding van de studie Nederlands recht (Tilburg) in 1995 heeft Evert-Jan zich als advocaat toegelegd op het ondernemingsrecht met daarbij een bijzondere focus op het gebied van vennootschapsrecht, (internationale) fusies, overnames, management buy in/out, herstructureringen, joint ventures, participaties en de overige transactie- en financieringspraktijk.
