After his studies at the University of Groningen, Pieter Huitema was sworn in as a lawyer in Arnhem in 2002. From 2002 to 2005 he worked as a lawyer in the real estate and government section at the law firm CMS Derks Star Busmann in Arnhem. From mid 2005 Pieter joined De Haan Lawyers & Notaries in Groningen.
Pieter Huitema specializes in rental and real estate law, project development and expropriation. In addition, Pieter has a broad civil practice in which he deals with contract law and general civil issues. His clientele includes housing cooperatives, real estate investors, contractors, real estate agencies and several other companies.
Pieter is coordinator for the RECRON, the Association of Recreational Entrepreneurs in the Netherlands, because De Haan is the top advisor of the RECRON. Pieter plays a lot for bungalow parks, campsites, recreational parks and all kinds of other recreational companies connected to the RECRON.
As a lawyer, Pieter prefers a practical and solution-oriented approach, but he does not shy away from bringing the case to the bottom where necessary.
Pieter has completed the Grotius training in real estate and is also a member of the Association of Rental Law Lawyers. Pieter has also published in the Magazine for Rental Law Business space. He is also a co-founder and member of:Jong Onroerend Goed Groningen (JOG) Vereniging voor Jonge Onroerend Goed Lawyeren.Pieter is part of the real estate section of De Haan Lawyers & Notaries.
Na zijn studie aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen is Pieter Huitema in 2002 beëdigd als advocaat in Arnhem. Van 2002 tot en met 2005 heeft hij als advocaat in de sectie vastgoed en overheid gewerkt bij het advocatenkantoor CMS Derks Star Busmann te Arnhem. Vanaf medio 2005 is Pieter werkzaam bij De Haan Advocaten & Notarissen in Groningen.
Pieter Huitema is gespecialiseerd in het huur- en vastgoedrecht, projectontwikkeling en onteigening. Daarnaast heeft Pieter een brede civiele praktijk waarbij hij zich bezighoudt met het contractenrecht en algemene civiele vraagstukken. Tot zijn klantenkring behoren onder andere woningbouwcoöperaties, vastgoedbeleggers, aannemers, makelaarskantoren en verschillende andere bedrijven.
Pieter is coördinator voor de RECRON, de Vereniging van Recreatieondernemers in Nederland, omdat De Haan Advocaten & Notarissen Top-adviseur is van de RECRON. Pieter treedt veel op voor bungalowparken, campings, recreatieparken en allerlei andere recreatieondernemingen verbonden aan de RECRON.
Als advocaat geeft Pieter in beginsel de voorkeur aan een praktische en oplossingsgerichte insteek, maar hij schuwt niet om daar waar nodig de zaak tot op de bodem uit te procederen.
Pieter heeft de Grotius-opleiding vastgoed afgerond en is tevens lid van de Vereniging van Huurrecht Advocaten. Ook heeft Pieter gepubliceerd in het Tijdschrift voor Huurrecht Bedrijfsruimte. Daarnaast is hij medeoprichter en lid van:Jong Onroerend Goed Groningen (JOG)Vereniging voor Jonge Onroerend Goed Juristen.Pieter maakt deel uit van de sectie vastgoed van De Haan Advocaten & Notarissen.
