After completing his studies at Utrecht University, Joost de Boer worked at Petroplus International N.V. in Rotterdam. He has been a lawyer since 2004 and has been working at Van Benthem & Cologne N.V. since mid-2006. in the practice group Corporate Recovery & Insolvency.
Joost specializes in insolvency law. He acts as curator and administrator and in that capacity closes bankruptcies. In addition, Joost advises and litigates in all areas of bankruptcy law and related jurisdictions.
In 2010 Joost completed the specialization course Insolvency Law at the Grotius Academy with pleasure.
Joost is a member of the Association of Insolvency Law Lawyers (INSOLAD).
Joost de Boer is na afronding van zijn studie aan de Universiteit Utrecht (afstudeerrichting Privaatrecht) werkzaam geweest bij Petroplus International N.V. te Rotterdam. Sinds 2004 is hij advocaat en vanaf medio 2006 werkzaam bij Van Benthem & Keulen N.V. in de praktijkgroep Corporate Recovery & Insolvency.
Joost heeft zich gespecialiseerd in het insolventierecht. Hij treedt op als curator en bewindvoerder en wikkelt in die hoedanigheid faillissementen af. Daarnaast adviseert en procedeert Joost op alle terreinen van het faillissementsrecht en aanverwante rechtsgebieden.
In 2010 heeft Joost de specialisatieopleiding Insolventierecht aan de Grotius Academie met genoegen afgerond.
Joost is lid van de Vereniging Insolventierecht Advocaten (INSOLAD).
