Mrs. Mm-hmm. Marijke Oosterom (1959) studied law at the Hague Academy of Physical Education before studying law. It mainly advises companies and institutions. The Hague branch is active in the health care sector and mr. Oosterom advises hospitals and institutions, including drivers, in the field of labour law. Mw. mr. Marijke Oosterom (1959) studeerde aan de Haagse Academie voor Lichamelijke opvoeding voor docent alvorens zij rechten ging studeren. In de periode 1988 tot 1992 heeft mr. Oosterom verschillende functies vervuld bij Arbeidsvoorziening, onder andere bij de afdeling ontslagvergunningen. Mr. Oosterom heeft daarna van 1992 tot 1994 als Jurist bij Arag Nederland gewerkt waar zij hoofdzakelijk arbeidszaken behandelde. Van 1994 tot 1999 was zij werkzaam als Bedrijfsjurist Arbeidsrecht en Arbeidsvoorwaarden bij Heineken Nederlands Beheer B.V.Mr. Oosterom is vanaf 1999 verbonden aan Van Diepen Van der Kroef Advocaten en is gespecialiseerd in het arbeidsrecht in brede zin, arbeidsrecht voor het onderwijs en ambtenarenrecht. Zij adviseert hoofdzakelijk bedrijven en instellingen. De Haagse vestiging is actief in de sector gezondheidszorg en mr. Oosterom adviseert ziekenhuizen en instellingen, waaronder de bestuurders, op arbeidsrechtelijk terrein. Zij is tevens docent en geeft workshops en seminars over uiteenlopende arbeidsrechtelijke onderwerpen. Mr. Oosterom is lid van de Vereniging van Haagse Arbeidsrechtadvocaten en de Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland. In juni 2004 heeft mr. Oosterom de postacademische specialisatieopleiding arbeidsrecht van de Grotius Academie succesvol afgerond.
