Roel Fluit (1982), a lawyer, is a member of the company law practice group. He specializes in company law, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. In addition, he assists and structure management buy-outs, leveraged buy-outs and private equity transactions. Before joining the Business Law Practice Group, Roel was a member of the Banking and Securities Law Practice Group where he worked on all types of specialised financial transactions from asset finance to public and private debt cases and, in particular, securitisations for all types of assets and financial structured transactions.
