Eva has been a lawyer since 2008. She works at the company law section of our office in Arnhem. Eva specializes in company law in the broadest sense, with a focus on transaction practice. She has also specialized in the field of accounting law in recent years.In addition, Eva is the author of several articles, including on accounting law and audit liability. She is a member of the Association of Annual Accounts Law.

Eva is gespecialiseerd in vennootschapsrecht in de meest ruime zin, met een focus op de transactiepraktijk. Zij heeft zich de afgelopen jaren bovendien gespecialiseerd op het gebied van het jaarrekeningenrecht.Daarnaast is Eva auteur van diverse artikelen, onder andere over jaarrekeningenrecht en accountantsaansprakelijkheid. Zij is lid van de Vereniging Jaarrekeningrecht.
