Sandra Wouters has studied International and European Law at the University of Tilburg. She studied in Montpellier, France. During her studies Sandra has already had some years of work experience in legal practice. Since graduating in 2003, she has worked in law and specialised in labour law. As of 2008, Sandra has been working at BANNING within the Working Group on Labour Law. Individual and collective dismissal cases, matters relating to illness, reintegration and WIA and questions of participation law have its particular attention. Sandra has successfully completed the postgraduate course in Labour Law.
Sandra Wouters heeft Internationaal- en Europees Recht gestudeerd aan de Universiteit van Tilburg. Een deel van haar studie volgde zij in Montpellier, Frankrijk. Tijdens haar studie heeft Sandra reeds enige jaren werkervaring opgedaan in de rechtspraktijk. Sinds haar afstuderen in 2003 is ze werkzaam in de advocatuur en specialiseerde zich in het arbeidsrecht. Vanaf 2008 is Sandra werkzaam bij BANNING binnen de praktijkgroep Arbeidsrecht. Individuele en collectieve ontslagzaken, zaken met betrekking tot ziekte, reintegratie en WIA en vraagstukken op het gebied van het medezeggenschapsrecht hebben daarbij haar bijzondere aandacht. Sandra heeft de postacademische leergang Arbeidsrecht met succes afgerond.
