Bart Bierman advises national and international banks and other financial companies on supervisory law, securities law and derivatives. From September 2008 to November 2009, Bart worked at NautaDutilh's office in New York, where he advised on national and international financing transactions. Bart regularly publishes on issues relating to banking and securities law. He is co-author of the book on the Financial Supervision Act, 'Headlines Wft', published at Kluwer in 2011.

Bart was van september 2008 tot november 2009 werkzaam op het kantoor van NautaDutilh in New York, waar hij adviseerde met betrekking tot nationale en internationale financieringstransacties. Bart publiceert regelmatig over onderwerpen op het gebied van bank- en effectenrecht. Hij is co-auteur van het in 2011 bij Kluwer verschenen boek over de Wet op het financieel toezicht, 'Hoofdlijnen Wft'.
