Jochem became a lawyer with NautaDutilh in 2005. He has developed there as a labour law specialist and assists both employers and employees. Jochem has been chairman of NautaDutilh's works council for many years. He uses this practical experience to advise on participation issues. He is a permanent editor of the journal Rechtrecht Arbeidsrecht.
Jochem is in 2005 advocaat geworden bij NautaDutilh. Hij heeft zich daar ontwikkeld als arbeidsrechtspecialist en staat zowel werkgevers als werknemers bij. Jochem is jarenlang voorzitter geweest van de ondernemingsraad van NautaDutilh. Deze praktijkervaring zet hij in bij advisering over medezeggenschapskwesties. Hij is vaste bewerker van het tijdschrift Rechtspraak Arbeidsrecht.
