Sil Kingma has been working at Boekel since December 2008. Before joining Boekel, Sil worked as a lawyer at another law firm based in Amsterdam.
Sil advises and litigates in the fields of Information, Communication and Technology Law (ICT law) and Intellectual Property Law (IE law). Within IE law, his focus is primarily on Merkenrecht, Handelsnamerecht, Modellenrecht and Copyright. In addition, he is involved in the preparation and assessment of commercial contracts, general terms and conditions and with privacy issues.
Sil Kingma werkt sinds december 2008 bij Boekel. Voordat Sil bij Boekel in dienst trad, was hij als advocaat werkzaam bij een ander in Amsterdam gevestigd advocatenkantoor.
Sil adviseert en procedeert op het gebied van het Informatie, Communicatie en Technologierecht (ICT-recht) en het Intellectueel Eigendomsrecht (IE-recht). Binnen het IE-recht ligt zijn focus primair op het Merkenrecht, Handelsnaamrecht, Modellenrecht en het Auteursrecht. Daarnaast houdt hij zich bezig met het opstellen en beoordelen van commerciële contracten, algemene voorwaarden en met privacyvraagstukken.
