Gaike Dalenoord specializes in corporate and securities law and, more specifically, on transactions related to private equity. He has extensive experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, acting both for investment companies, banks and companies. In addition, Gaike advises financial institutions and Dutch and foreign issuers on numerous transactions on debt and equity capital markets and has dealt with a number of major restructurings, including in the cable, telecommunications and automotive industries.
His experience includes the full field of private equity transactions, such as secondaries, dual track exit scenarios and management buy-outs and buy-ins. He has also been involved in a number of issues of shares and bonds on NYSE Euronext Amsterdam, the LSE, AIM and the NYSE.

In the same year he joined NautaDutilh and in January 2003 he became a partner. He has followed a postdoctoral programme of company law and securities law and completed this cum laude. He has worked at the offices of NautaDutilh in Amsterdam and Rotterdam and for almost three years at the former offices of NautaDutilh in Southeast Asia (Singapore and Jakarta). For over four years, Gaike was a managing partner of our London office. Gaike is currently working within our Amsterdam office.
Gaike leads our Amsterdam private equity team and is an active member of our Benelux Restructuring & Insolvency Team and NautaDutilh's India and Japan desk.
Gaike Dalenoord is gespecialiseerd in vennootschaps- en effectenrecht en meer in het bijzonder gericht op transacties gerelateerd aan private equity. Hij heeft ruime ervaring op het gebied van grensoverschrijdende fusies en acquisities, waarbij hij optreedt voor zowel beleggingsmaatschappijen, banken als ondernemingen. Daarnaast adviseert Gaike financiële instellingen en Nederlandse en buitenlandse emittenten bij talrijke transacties op de debt- en equity capital markets en heeft hij zich beziggehouden met een aantal omvangrijke herstructureringen, ondermeer in de kabel-, telecommunicatie- en automobielindustrie.
Zijn ervaring omvat het volledige terrein van private equity-transacties, zoals secondaries, dual track exit scenario’s en management buy-outs en buy-ins. Voorts is hij betrokken geweest bij een aantal emissies van aandelen en obligaties op NYSE Euronext Amsterdam, de LSE, AIM en de NYSE.

In hetzelfde jaar trad hij in dienst bij NautaDutilh en in januari 2003 werd hij partner. Hij heeft een postdoctoraal programma vennootschapsrecht en effectenrecht gevolgd en deze cum laude afgerond. Hij heeft gewerkt op de kantoren van NautaDutilh in Amsterdam en Rotterdam en bijna drie jaar op de vroegere kantoren van NautaDutilh in Zuidoost-Azië (Singapore en Jakarta). Ruim vier jaar was Gaike managing partner van ons kantoor in Londen. Gaike is thans werkzaam binnen ons Amsterdamse kantoor.
