Kasper Krzeminski is a member of the practice group Corporate Litigation. He advises and litigates for both Dutch and international clients on various business, commercial and contractual matters.
Previously, Kasper worked at the Banking & Finance practice group, where he focused in particular on loan transactions and securities law.
Kasper graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2005 in the fields of Dutch law and corporate law. In 2006 he won his LL.M. He graduated from New York University School of Law and graduated from the New York Bar Exam. In the same year he joined NautaDutilh.
Kasper has published on various topics, such as share lease, international litigation, U.S. Discovery and Roman law.
Kasper has been admitted as a lawyer to both the Rotterdam Bar and the New York Bar. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and New York State Bar Association.
Kasper Krzeminski is lid van de praktijkgroep Corporate Litigation. Hij adviseert en procedeert voor zowel Nederlandse als internationale cliënten over verschillende ondernemingsrechtelijke, commerciële en contractuele aangelegenheden.
Voorheen was Kasper werkzaam bij de praktijkgroep Banking & Finance, waar hij zich met name richtte op leningstransacties en effectenrecht.
Kasper studeerde in 2005 af aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam in de studierichtingen Nederlands recht en Bedrijfsrecht. In 2006 behaalde hij zijn LL.M. graad aan New York University School of Law, waarna hij slaagde voor het New York Bar Exam. In hetzelfde jaar trad hij in dienst bij NautaDutilh.
Kasper heeft gepubliceerd over verschillende onderwerpen, zoals aandelenlease, internationaal procederen, U.S. discovery en Romeins recht.
Kasper is als advocaat toegelaten tot zowel de Rotterdamse Balie en de Balie van New York. Tevens is hij lid van de American Bar Association en New York State Bar Association.
