Marijke Kuilman works on the Banking & Finance section and is part of Nautadutilh's Securitisations team. She advises Dutch and foreign clients on setting up or restructuring securitisation transactions.
Marijke studied at the universities of Amsterdam and San Francisco and obtained her bul in 2007 at the University of Amsterdam. In 2011, Marijke took part in the specialization programme Financing and Security at the Grotius Academy, which she completed in 2012 (cum laude).
Marijke joined NautaDutilh in 2012 after working at another office for almost five years and is a member of the Amsterdam Bar Association.
Marijke Kuilman werkt op de sectie Banking & Finance en maakt deel uit van Nautadutilh's Securitisations-team. Ze adviseert Nederlandse en buitenlandse clienten over het opzetten of herstructureren van securitisatietransacties.
Marijke studeerde aan de universiteiten van Amsterdam en San Francisco en behaalde haar bul in 2007 aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam. In 2011 nam Marijke deel aan de specialisatieopleiding Financiering en Zekerheden aan de Grotius Academie, die zij in 2012 afrondde (cum laude).
Marijke trad in 2012 in dienst bij NautaDutilh na bijna vijf jaar bij een ander kantoor te hebben gewerkt en is lid van de Orde van Advocaten van Amsterdam.
