Larissa Silverentooth specializes in banking and securities law. It has been involved in a wide range of financing transactions and regularly advises on financial supervisory regulations. Recently, she has focused on advising on the Financial Supervision Act and the MiFID. In addition, she regularly advises on derivatives, clearing and settlement, global Custody and netting.
Larissa graduated cum laude from the University of Nijmegen in 2000. From February 2003 to April 2004 she worked at the New York office of NautaDutilh. Larissa has been a partner at Banking & Finance since 1 January 2007.
Larissa Silverentand is gespecialiseerd in bank- en effectenrecht. Zij is betrokken geweest bij een groot aantal uiteenlopende financieringstransacties en adviseert regelmatig over financiële toezichtregelgeving. De laatste tijd heeft zij zich vooral bezig gehouden met advisering over de Wet op het financieel toezicht en de MiFID. Daarnaast adviseert zij regelmatig over derivaten, clearing en settlement, global custody en netting.
Larissa studeerde cum laude af aan de Universiteit van Nijmegen in 2000. Van februari 2003 tot en met april 2004 was zij werkzaam op het New Yorkse kantoor van NautaDutilh. Larissa is sinds 1 januari 2007 partner bij Banking & Finance.
