Gianluca Kreuze (1974) is a member of the Banking and Securities Law Practice Group. He advises banks, multinational companies and the originalators on how to structure and document financing. He specializes in real estate financing, nautical financing, project financing, rolling stock finance and other forms of limited course finance. He's involved in several real estate transactions. Gianluca worked at the Loyens & Loeff office in London where he mainly worked on structured finance transactions.
