Wilco Oostwouder (1959), a lawyer, is a member of the company law practice group. He specializes in corporate law and in particular corporate governance. He has experience with corporate litigation. He is a member of the University of Utrecht as Professor of Corporate Financial Law. Wilco is also a lecturer and examiner at the Grotius Academy where he focuses in particular on the subject of certification of shares. He also frequently teaches as a (guest) teacher in the field of company law and financial law, among others. at Study Centre for Law and the AFM.
Wilco is a member of the editorial board of the journal Enterprise & Financing. He was a member of the advisory committee that conducted the study on legislation and supervision for/on the Financial System for the purpose of the De Wit parliamentary committee of inquiry, published as Deelonderzoek 1 and Deelonderzoek 2. He has a large number of publications in his name, and also regularly acts as a speaker at seminars and conferences.
Wilco Oostwouder (1959), advocaat, is lid van de praktijkgroep Ondernemingsrecht. Hij is gespecialiseerd in het ondernemingsrecht en in het bijzonder corporate governance. Hij heeft ervaring met corporate litigation. Hij is verbonden aan de Universiteit van Utrecht als hoogleraar Bedrijfsfinancieel Recht. Wilco is voorts docent en examinator bij de Grotius Academie waar hij zich in het bijzonder richt op het onderwerp certificering van aandelen. Ook geeft hij veelvuldig als (gast)docent op het gebied van ondernemingsrecht en financieel recht, o.a. bij Studiecentrum Rechtspleging en de AFM.
Wilco is lid van de redactie van het tijdschrift Onderneming & Financiering. Hij was lid van de begeleidingscommissie die het onderzoek naar wet- en regelgeving en toezicht voor/op het Financieel stelsel heeft verricht ten behoeve van de parlementaire onderzoekscommissie De Wit, gepubliceerd als Deelonderzoek 1 en Deelonderzoek 2. Hij heeft een groot aantal publicaties op zijn naam staan, en treedt ook regelmatig op als spreker bij seminars en congressen.
