Klaas Wiersma (1974), attorney, is a member of the working group on wages & labour law. He specializes in the field of labour law, with the emphasis on individual (including statutory director) and collective dismissal law, right of participation in reorganisations/ restructurings, takeovers, mergers, cross-border employment and employee participation structures.

Hij is gespecialiseerd op het gebied van arbeidsrecht, met de nadruk op individueel (waaronder statutair directeur) en collectief ontslagrecht, medezeggenschapsrecht bij reorganisaties/herstructureringen, overnames, fusies, grensoverschrijdende arbeid en werknemersparticipatiestructuren.
Klaas spreekt regelmatig op seminars over verschillende arbeidsrechtelijke onderwerpen. Hij is lid van de Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland en de Amsterdamse Vereniging voor Arbeidsrecht advocaten.
