Marc Wiggers (1979), lawyer, is a member of the Competition & Procurement Group. He specialises in EU and (Dutch and European) competition law and healthcare law. Hij heeft ruime ervaring met procedures op dat gebied. Ook adviseert hij over de toepassing van de mededingingsregels (kartelverbod, verbod van misbruik van machtspositie, verbod van staatssteun en concentratietoezicht) en het algemene zorgregulatoire kader.
