Maurice (1971) graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 1995 in the field of private law and corporate law. Before joining Ploum Lodder Princen in 2003, he worked at Trenité Van Doorne, among others. Maurice is head of the Corporate Litigation and Corporate Recovery section. He's a lawyer and a partner.
In 2001, Maurice de Grotius completed specialization training in Company and Company Law cum laude. He specializes in corporate litigation, including shareholder disputes, survey proceedings, takeover disputes and directors' liability. He also advises and litigates regularly in the field of professional liability.
Maurice is a member of the Association for Corporate Litigation. He teaches in the field of Civil Procedure and acts as a speaker at seminars in the field of driver and professional liability.

Hij is gespecialiseerd in corporate litigation, waaronder aandeelhoudergeschillen, enquèteprocedures, overnamegeschillen en bestuurdersaansprakelijkheid. Ook adviseert en procedeert hij regelmatig op het gebied van beroepsaansprakelijkheid.
Maurice is lid van de Vereniging voor Corporate Litigation. Hij doceert op het gebied van Burgerlijk Procesrecht en treedt op als spreker bij seminars op het gebied van bestuurders- en beroepsaansprakelijkheid.
