David van Ee specializes in procurement, contract formation and disputes over infrastructure, industry and real estate.
He has a coordinating role in the team that advises on the major PPP projects in the Netherlands (Ministry of Finance and VROM for PPS Renovation Finance, the financiers of Coentunnel Company, the financiers of BAM PPP for various PPP accommodation projects). David has advised the municipality of Amsterdam about the Zuidas and other major development projects. David has advised InterGen on the construction law aspects of the 400 MW Rijnmond 2 plant and advises on other construction projects in the energy sector. He also litigates about construction and procurement on behalf of clients and some of the big Dutch contractors.
David graduated from Leiden University in 2000 and joined NautaDutilh in the same year. He was appointed partner in 2011. David is a member of the International Project Finance Association. He is a lecturer at the Academy of Law and publishes in his field.

David is lid van de International Project Finance Association. Hij is docent van de Academie voor de Rechtspraktijk en publiceert op zijn vakgebied.
