Evert Baart (1963) has been a lawyer since 1998 and since 2009 as a partner of Van Diepen Van der Kroef Lawyers. Evert is part of the Vastgoed practice group.Evert specialises in civil real estate law, with as special focus areas project development, transactions and commercial rental law. He is the author of a large number of legal publications on these topics, including the series of real estate columns from 2006 in Vastgoedjournaal. In addition, he is vice-president of the Dutch department of FIABCI, an international organisation of real estate professionals.

Hij is auteur van een groot aantal juridische publicaties over deze onderwerpen, waaronder de serie vastgoedcolumns vanaf 2006 in Vastgoedjournaal. Daarnaast is hij vice-voorzitter van de Nederlandse afdeling van FIABCI, een internationale organisatie van vastgoedprofessionals.
