Remco J.G. Bäcker (1976), attorney, is a member of the Competition & Government Group. He specializes in environmental and spatial planning law (environmental law), administrative law (process) law in general, construction law, the transitional area between public/private law and rental law. He advises project developers, investors, entrepreneurs, various governments and housing corporations.
Remco is a member of the Association for Construction Law, the Association for Property Law and the Association for Administrative Law. He is also a member of the Committee on Objections and Occupations of the municipality of Zoetermeer and a member of the German Desk. In addition, he teaches in- and outside courses.

Hij is gespecialiseerd in het milieu- en ruimtelijk ordeningsrecht, (omgevingsrecht), bestuurs(proces)recht in het algemeen, bouwrecht, het overgangsgebied tussen publiek/privaatrecht en het huurrecht. Hij adviseert projectontwikkelaars, investeerders, ondernemers, diverse overheden en woningcorporaties.
Remco is lid van de Vereniging voor Bouwrecht, de Vereniging van Vastgoed-juristen en de Vereniging voor Bestuursrecht. Hij is verder lid van de Commissie Bezwaar- en Beroepschriften van de gemeente Zoetermeer en lid van de German Desk. Daarnaast geeft hij in- en externe cursussen.
