Hans van Noort has been working as a lawyer since 1987 after completing his law studies cum laude in the same year. He is now a partner of Van Benthem & Cologne within the Real Estate and the Government branch team in which he conducts business in the real estate, sale/sale, rental law and government practice.He is active in the development of locations and the acquisition and rental of these locations to and for the benefit of retail organisations (shopping chains), elderly housing and (intramural) care, in which he acts both in advisory and procedures for organisations such as Habion and Woonzorg Nederland.Hans van Noort also has extensive experience in the field of non-administrative government practice and advises and litigates for a large number of municipalities and government institutions.
Hans van Noort is a member of the Vereniging Huurrecht Lawyeren and of the Vereniging Bouwrecht Lawyeren. Hans van Noort is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the Utrecht Society until Stadsheer N.V.
Hans van Noort is sinds 1987 werkzaam als advocaat na in datzelfde jaar zijn rechtenstudie cum laude te hebben afgerond. Hij is thans als vennoot van Van Benthem & Keulen werkzaam binnen de praktijkgroep Vastgoed en het brancheteam Overheid waarin hij zaken op het gebied van vastgoed, koop/verkoop, huurrecht en de overheidspraktijk doet.Hij is actief op het gebied van de ontwikkeling van vestigingslocaties alsmede de aan- en verhuur van die locaties aan en ten behoeve van retailorganisaties (winkelketens), ouderenhuisvesting en (intramurale) zorgverlening, waarbij hij zowel adviserend als in procedures optreedt onder andere voor organisaties als Habion en Woonzorg Nederland.Hans van Noort heeft ook ruime ervaring op het gebied van de niet bestuursrechtelijke overheidspraktijk en adviseert en procedeert voor een groot aantal gemeenten en overheidsinstellingen.
Hans van Noort is lid van de Vereniging Huurrecht Advocaten en van de Vereniging Bouwrecht Advocaten. Hans van Noort is tevens lid van de raad van commissarissen van de Utrechtse Maatschappij tot Stadsherstel N.V.
