- Mr. President... Sander Hartog (born 1972, sworn in 1998) is a member of the association and is mainly concerned with administrative and civil construction law. Sander has completed the postdoctoral specialization course 'insolvency law' and 'real estate', both from the Catholic University of Nijmegen, Grotius Academy. Sander is also a licensed NMI-mediator, focusing in particular on mediations in construction. Sander is a member of the Association for Construction Law attorneys, the Vereniging Vastgoed juristen, member of Insolad and conducts arbitration proceedings at the Council of Arbitration for the Construction Companies. He also performs various administrative functions in a number of real estate companies.
Mr. Sander Hartog (geboren 1972, beëdigd 1998) is lid van de maatschap en houdt zich met name bezig met bestuursrechtelijk en civielrechtelijk bouwrecht. Sander heeft de postdoctorale specialisatieopleiding 'insolventierecht' en 'onroerend goed', beide van de Katholieke Universiteit Nijmegen, Grotius Academie, afgerond. Tevens is Sander gediplomeerd NMI-mediator, waarbij hij zich met name richt op mediations in de bouw. Sander is onder meer lid van de Vereniging voor Bouwrechtadvocaten, de Vereniging Vastgoed Juristen, lid van Insolad en voert onder meer arbitrageprocedures bij de Raad van Arbitrage voor de Bouwbedrijven. Tevens vervult hij diverse bestuursfuncties bij enkele vastgoedondernemingen.
