Luca van Veen specializes in various aspects of administrative law. It advises and represents governments and private parties in, among other things, the area of spatial government law, environmental law and enforcement. For this purpose, she worked in the banking and securities law section, in particular in the field of securitisations.
Luca graduated in Dutch and European Law from Maastricht University in September 2006 and joined NautaDutilh in November 2008. She is a member of the Amsterdam Bar Association.
Luca van Veen specialiseert zich in diverse aspecten van het bestuursrecht. Zij adviseert en vertegenwoordigt overheden en private partijen op, onder meer, het gebied van ruimtelijk bestuursrecht, omgevingsrecht en handhaving. Hiervoor was zij werkzaam op de sectie bank- en effectenrecht, in bijzonder op het gebied van securitisaties.
Luca studeerde af in Nederlands en Europees Recht aan de Universiteit van Maastricht in september 2006 en trad in dienst bij NautaDutilh in november 2008. Ze is lid van de Amsterdamse Orde van Advocaten.
