Paul L. Visser (1961), attorney, is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group and directs the rental law section. He specialises in rental rights in relation to premises, real estate transactions, leases and guarantees. In recent years he has advised on the rental law aspects of large and complex transactions, which are among the largest in the Netherlands. He worked at a leading law firm where he was active in the same jurisdictions. He regularly litigates on property law issues.
Paul has been a lecturer in rental law of the Real Estate Academy and the Order of Lawyers. He is a permanent employee of the legal journal Huurrecht Bedrijfsruimte and has several publications on rental law business space, sale and sale. He regularly speaks at seminars on rental issues.
Paul L. Visser (1961), advocaat, is lid van de praktijkgroep Vastgoed en geeft leiding aan de huurrechtsectie. Hij is gespecialiseerd in het huurrecht met betrekking tot bedrijfsruimten, vastgoedtransacties, erfpacht en garanties. De afgelopen jaren heeft hij geadviseerd over de huurrechtelijke aspecten van omvangrijke en complexe transacties, die tot de grootste van Nederland behoren. Hij heeft bij een toonaangevend advocatenkantoor gewerkt waar hij op dezelfde rechtsgebieden actief was. Hij procedeert regelmatig over vastgoedrechtelijke onderwerpen.
Paul is docent huurrecht geweest van de Makelaarsopleiding en van de Orde van Advocaten. Hij is vaste medewerker van het juridisch tijdschrift Huurrecht Bedrijfsruimte en heeft meerdere publicaties over huurrecht bedrijfsruimte, koop en verkoop en erfpacht op zijn naam staan. Hij spreekt regelmatig op seminars over huurrechtelijke onderwerpen.
